I was searching the web to find out more about culture jamming itself and came across the website www.adbusters.org and came across what was to me some sort of mission statement ... They said;
"we are a global network of creatives working to change the way information flows, the way corporations wield power and the way meaning is produced into our society"
The website is pretty awesome!
I also visited http://depts.washington.edu/ccce/polcommcampaigns/CultureJamming.htm and they gave a really detailed explanation of what culture jamming is...
"Culture jamming is an intriguing form of political communication that has emerged in response to the commercial isolation of public life. Practitioners of culture jamming argue that culture, politics, and social value have been bent by saturated commercial environments.... ect"
Have to find out the name of this women who does the most hilarious culture jam videos and will post!!

Great sources B-Bloggin! How do you think culture jams critique / challenge the commercial isolation in our society? If you're thinking of "Target Women" they're less culture jams and more cultural commentary/critique, but post them anyway because they're awesome!
